totally dissapointed
Purchased this chair and at first was happy with the service. I made a mistake ordering and it was promptly and correctly fixed for me. The chair arrived and the first problem that appeared was the cable that links into the tilt back hydraulic was much too long and was useless as is. I had to go to bunnings and buy a wire clamp to shorten it myself to make it work. The second problem that appeared was on the 2nd day i noticed the massage function starting to play up. It stopped working at times or sections would not work and then on the 4th day it totally stopped working. Lastly late last night within the first week i leaned back on the chair and heard a very loud cracking noise come from the chair. I cannot find what the sound was as of yet but i am sure i will not be buying their products again which is a shame since i am looking to order a minimum of 6 more chairs once i find the right chair for my needs

The chair is quite comfortable but the massage feature doesnt really work well it just feels like vibrations.

Easy to put together. is comfortable enough, massage function is more of a vibrator not real massaging. Cord is annoying keep running over it when i move the chair.
